-What is the target market segment of Manali Fashion ?

Manali Fashion basically targets Middle Class customers who want to buy unique wedding dresses at affordable prices without sacrificing quality  .

-Is delivery free?

Delivery is not free, shipping charges for wedding dress varies between 40$ to 60$ .

-Do you have any showrooms in Dubai?

In the meantime , we do not have any showroom in Dubai or any other place . All our selling process goes directly online .

-What if my dress didn’t fit me ?

We customize the dresses according to the exact measurements that our customers provide us in the measurements sheet . Adjustable back chords can always be used to change almost one-size.

-What if the dress reaches me with a manufacturing defect?

In case of assured manufacturing defects , our company is responsible to compensate through the production of a new dress within 4 days .In the worst scenarios we do provide refunds or part of the refund according to the situation.

-Do I have to pay the full invoice amount?

No. You can pay 50 % to confirm the order so that our sales advisors can start to follow-up with you to start the manufacturing . The remaining 50 % can be paid before delivery after you confirm the photos and shipment . COD can also be used (Please see details in COD part)

-Do you have cash on delivery service? What is it ?

Yes. For the meantime , COD is available in UAE, Lebanon and Jordan . It means that you can pay 50 % to confirm the order . The remaining can be paid after Aramex goes to collect the money and hand in the dress to you .

-I have a dress which is not listed on the website. Can you make it for me?

Definitely yes ! Manali Fashion is a fully customization business. You can upload any desired designs through the special homepage tab ,or alternatively send it to sales@manalifashion.com  . Within 24 hours, our Sales Advisors will get back to you with the price quotes and details of the dress.

-I need to edit some details in the dress I want to purchase. Can it be done?

Yes ,sure ! For example, many strapless designs can be turned into dresses with sleeves,or ½ sleeves…etc. We can go by with any modifications you need.

-Why are your prices cheaper than market prices?

Manali Fashion’s online platform allows us to decrease our cost through delivering from factory to our end customer directly. This allows us to save Intermediary Costs, Employee costs,shop costs…etc. We do sell at very affordable prices to serve the Middle Class basically.

-What are the steps in completing my order and receiving my dress.

First of all, you have to go to the website , select the category . After you select the product , you click on “Add to Cart” . If you need to select more than one dress, do the same previous step. After you’re done , go  to the upper part of the page .Click on “View Cart” to see the dresses you’ve added. If you were provided with a certain coupoun from the Sales Team , click on its code . Click on Checkout to proceed. Here, you should fill out your personal details, your payment method.

If you pay via Paypal or Credit Card, you will immediately receive an invoice with your payment confirmation to your mailbox. If you alternatively decide to pay via bank transfer or western union , you will receive the confirmation after you send us to sales@manalifashion.com the payment details or MTCN number. Once this is spotted , your order confirmation will be sent and the status will  be changed from Queued to In Process .The remaining 50 % balance in case 50% was initially paid only will be sent your way before shipment .

-How can the tailors customize my dress according to my measurements?

After you send an Email to sales@manalifashion.com with the code of the dress desired, or pick the dress directly through the website , we shall provide you with a measurements sheet with drawings .Hips,Waist,Height…etc can be taken by any local tailor , and in return our tailors can tailor with the same measures.

-Can I browse your website in Arabic?

Yes ! Just change the Language on the homepage.

-What comes with my dress?

A free petticoat will be provided with the dress . Any additional accessories like gloves or veils will be added to the invoice.

-How can I make sure the dresses are exactly as I want before you deliver?

Before we deliver the dress your way , we shall be providing you with photos of it from all angles so that we can amend things if needed before shipping . We will never ship before getting your confirmation.

-What are the conditions to become a Manali Fashion dealer?

To become a Manali Fashion dealer , a person should order more than 4 dresses at a time. This allows him/her to benefit from the discounted prices (10-12% discounts) .

-I want to buy your dresses with my store’s logo name for my personal boutique. Can I?

Yes. This will be discussed with our Sales Advisors .

-The dresses I want are not listed on the website.How can we do them?

Yes. sure. You can upload them from the Homepage or send them to sales@manalifashion.com

-Is delivery for free for dealers too?

Yes. Delivery is free too . Only to Arab nations.

-What about customs tax? Who covers it?

In most countries, no custom taxes are taken .However,in certain countries like Lebanon and Jordan , the government would charge a fee of almost 30 $ for imported dresses . This fee would be paid when the dress reaches the customer , and we are not responsible of covering it.

-How can I make sure the dresses are exactly as I want before you deliver?

We will show you photos of the dresses from all angles before delivering them your way . We can apply any amendments before delivery .

 

 

  • Payment

-What are the payment methods?

We have many payment methods to suit all customer preferences:

  • Credit Card

-Can I Pay only 50% of my dress?

Yes. You can pay 50 % to confirm the order so that our sales advisors can start to follow-up with you to start the manufacturing . The remaining 50 % can be paid before delivery after you confirm the photos and shipment . COD can also be used (Please see details in COD part)

 

-What is COD.

. It means that you can pay 50 % to confirm the order . The remaining can be paid after Aramex goes to collect the money and hand in the dress to you .

 

 

  • Order Processing

 

-Why is my order status  showing : queued ?

You have selected an offline payment , and your payment is still unreceived .

If the payment is already done ,it will take a little time before being confirmed.

Note :Please make sure you update us with the details of your payment once it’s done.

-How can I ensure that my order is confirmed?

If you pay immediately online via paypal ,or credit card, you will promptly receive an invoice that shows the payment you’ve made . If payment is made via Western Union /Bank Transfer , your confirmation will be sent after the money is spotted.

-What do the order processing statuses mean?

-After you finish from each step, different statuses will be shown ( Queued /In Process/finalized…etc).
